Excellent service

We bought another new mower from MowDirect for a rental property we have. The mower is a Racing Self propelled 5175SPM 51cm cut. Fantastic offer price and a great machine. We collected from the works. Friendly helpful staff both sales and workshop engineer. We had previously bought a Feider 46cm two seasons ago and it has been reliable and performs really well. Good company, good service good prices.
Definitely recommend.

Nice bit of kit but rather heavy

Paid for premium service spend over an hour trying to get the mower off the pallet!

MowDirect - Superb Service ?????
Ordered my Feider FST200 PRO 2-in-1 Petrol Lawn Scarifier/Aerator on Thursday 14th July 2022 at 3.0pm, received the machine Friday 15th July at 1.0pm.
Assembled the following day without any fuss, engine fired up first pull. A small problem with the height adjuster which following a a quick call to Mark in customer services was resolved in minutes, with the adjuster screwed down for transportation. This machine does everything it says on the tin, and incredibly light and easy to use. Fantastic results so far, and certainly value for money, when you see the prices of some of its competitors. Overall excellent service from MowDirect, could not believe how quickly they got the machine to me, and big thanks to Mark in customer services ! TOP MAN !! ?????

Prompt delivery of assembled mower in perfect condition. Too hot to really give it a proper trial.

Happy with the mower although due to the weather have yet to try it’s cutting quality. However delivery was the pits. A lorry arrived and delivered the mower onto my drive and left. The mower was on a angle iron pallet and I could see the only way to get the mower off was to lift it, not having a crane and being 74 years old with a heart condition I was pretty stuck. I was fortunate that a very good neighbours where at hand to lift it off, one sustaining a cut to his head climbing under the mower to remove the clamps, and now have a angle iron pallet to dispose of, not happy.

I had a problem with my ride on mower. They resolved it very quickly and very helpful. Alex the driver who collected and re delivered my new mower was great.
Excellent customer service.

Problem with one of the grass box mounting mouldings failing. Quick call to Sally on the helpline, past to Jake in spares, 3 days later new part arrived today under warranty, free of any charges. Easy fit.
First class all around, no hassle what so ever - highly recommend Mowdirect.

Swift delivery and good quality product. Parts for assembly well laid out but assembly not easy and a lengthy process.
Trailer doesn’t work as expected; perhaps I have misassembled somewhere but can’t discover where/how.
Disappointing.
